Maybe they saw what Jenson Button saw - that Perez was looking in his rhs mirror and saw that MAG was there planning an inside run and just slightly closed the door as MAG made his move.

It's the only way their 'racing incident' decision could have been made.

Aussie lawyer Matt Selley is one of the stewards for this race btw. He has a background in rally driving so maybe that's the reason
