How can you see if players are Benched?

Has a bench icon and how long they have been sitting on the bench, eg Heeney right now

I was planning on trading Jackson to Grundy this week but then Darcy and Harley got suspended so I had to trade them instead.

I still might do that trade but it will cost me more money now with Grundy headed for a monster score.

Guiden score hard to argue.
Reckon Heeney score a touch generous, tbh, the goals are weighted heavier than they should be given the way the game has evolved.
Stewart has done OK given the attention, tbf
