Sydney selects Matt Whitlock. I'm fully expecting him to be gone in the 20s or very early 30s in the real thing.

I had considered a midfielder here but agree with Coona Blues who pointed out yesterday the lack of them once you get past the elite ones in the draft and it may impact the Ben Campo bid. There's not much left to choose from there. A couple of potential steals but nothing with the upside of Whitlock.

I'll comment when my other fancy gets selected.

After the Houston trade, the Pies have shown their hand going all out for another tilt at the premiership before they fall off the cliff. Davidson is a mature player capable of stepping into the forward role from day 1 when called upon.
