I do not think he is 100 percent a defender but he can play defender roles.


It amazes me the amount of people that love to lock a ball and chain to our player ankles and tell them you can only play this way in this style of game.


We do not have Dusty anymore, so game style, anything is up for grabs

for mine it is a team game and how a player plays effectively is dependant on the opposition and your team mates creating the cohesion to beat the opposition which means players can do a lot of different things depending on how the contest is setup.

It is like going into battle against a waring party and telling them they are on cavalry horses up against drones. It does not happen and things evolve, new methods and approaches occur

the main thing is we are here to win premierships as a team. That means stopping the opposition kicking a score, us kicking a score and however we do it, other than that against oppositions with different players and styles is up for grabs including player types we need and what they can do and where they can play. Provided it fits in our team, hurts the oppostion a player can play anywhere they like if it helps us and it is within the rules

OK people - long time watcher (often shaking my head) but only very occasional poster.

Like everyone, I am caught up in the excitement about next week. Unlike many, I'm happy to say that I know very little about the players and am happy to put my faith in our recruiting team. And whoever we pick, I will throw my support behind emphatically.

Here is my issue, though: I have just arrived in Bali for a little 9-night pre-'smash out the end of the year' break. I just tried Kayo and like the betting apps, it isn't available in my location.
