Been playing around with options, and am very tempted to make a switch in structure. By booting Rowbottom (looked well off it), Stannett (must go) and Brown (must go), I can get in Heath, Goldsworthy and Harris and have cash ITB.

Crazy? Stupid? Almost certainly both, but tempting.

I noticed that a bunch of the highest price rises for the season were all Melbourne, is there any possibility that the Dogs was just an incredibly soft match up?

Possibly, but the Dees fixture is ridiculous from here. Saints, Pies, Tiges, Port, WC, Suns, Dons are the next 7 games, I want in on that badly.

A DEF line player getting 71% CBAs and going for 8 tackles for $827K with that run? I'm so sold. Even if they give Hore more mid time and that goes down, should be ok for a week or two.

God I'd kill for BE's though.

Yeah i'd love to get her in as well, but I can't get to her in the backline. Going Molloy in the forward line from Stannett instead.

Thinking the same thing. Need to get Fish on the ground and Rowbottom will likely get the heave-ho for Goldworthy.
Not going to chase Harris and will stick with Dunlop. McLaughlin to make way for Heath and Kos for Howley.

Harris for me is a want more than a need, I've still got Dulop in utility, so if Kos or someone else isn't named, I'll flick her back out to fix it up.

Not sure whether I should give Kos another crack. She had a round high of 18 cbas and snagged a few hit outs but conspicuously spent most of the day running around like a headless chook, not knowing which way to turn.

These Irish girls, understandably, can take a few games to get accustomed to the added speed, pressure and physicality so you would think she is going to improve. The question is by how much and at what velocity.

If Fleur Davies is named then it’s a no-brainer and she has to go.
the only upside of not trading her this week is that she can't lose anymore cash.

Dogs are still the worst team in the comp and the only team considered an easy match up in all areas of the field. Carlton and Collingwood are the other two (excluding their ruck departments); so forwards, mids and defenders will feast against these teams.

Carlton are surely flag favorites after last weekend no?

Are people looking at Painter at all? Or just too expensive and out of reach?
She's not gunna play the Suns every week.

I like her, great TOG, more than passes the eye test, but I really doubt that she can maintain it against Ess/STK/Port/Dockers/Dees in her next 5.

Really hope she proves me wrong, but that's a tough run.

Carlton beat one of the worst sides in the competition. A side that was also missing their best player Bri Davey. Carlton are also one of the few sides without any big name stars. Their biggest name is Breann Moody... who I couldn't even find on their list and only just discovered she is the same person as Breann Harrington. Was wondering who this #1 ruck Harrington was??? lol. They really need a list of updated names at the start of the season.

Fleming out makes Stone more interesting. Woodland more interesting with Window out.

Much as I'd love Heath, I'm leaning
Brown > Paxy
Stannett > Barnett/Woodland
Window > Stone
