Why would Liddy be dropped ffs.
Kenny knew I needed a mid loop. Thanks Kenny.

Bont, Richards, Freijah & Kennedy. It’s a hard midfield to get points in.

The role is much the same but with Bont back, Richards being one of the best midfielders in the league this season and Freijah rotating more through the middle it was always going crunch Libba’s points

Think he can last the week but his score can vary anywhere between 60-120.
Thanks. Not the world's greatest trade in, but helped through the byes a little

Bailey Dale is going to ruin my weekend just no hunger for the ball whatever happened to the dale that had the ball on a string

Sheezel & Daniel both did a solid job as (E)'s, so no need to bring in extra cover.

Cerra > Merrett
Mills > Dunkley
($0k ITB)

Both Merrett and Dunkley are priced at 93, proven performers over multiple seasons, and now sitting at just 11% and 13% ownership. Happy to back in the value and take a punt.

Hey guys. Looking for opinions and thoughts.

I'm looking to put in 2 of these 3 players. Tom Green, Finn Callaghan, and Lachlan Ash. Which of these three Giants should i put in, and who misses out?

On a separate note, I have Witts in my Draft and he has the week off. The best rucks available in my league are O'Brien (vs Gawn), Briggs (first game in a while, but vs West Coast), or Ned Moyle who will be up against Oldstein.

My brain is broken this weekend. Help me please.

Since you're likely unaware, Ed Allan has been omitted this week through illness so is not a trade in option unless you're looking for a mid-priced doughnut. He's currently priced at 572k which does not make him a valid "downgrade" target in anyone's language. Bo Allan on the other hand is still rookie priced at 263k so is a valid downgrade target.

The poster was comparing Bo Allan to Alger (242k) as a downgrade option this week and wondering who has the better team role for AF scoring/cash generation purposes. I would say Allan, since he's a defender and can accumulate, where as Alger is a forward and his VFL numbers suggest that he's not much of a fantasy scorer.

Hope that clears up your confusion.
Thanks.....I was unaware that Ed was injured.

I dont think Bo Allan will score well enough against the Giants though. Might look to target some Geelong players this week.

Fortunately I jumped off the Dale Train before last night's game, but now I'm going around in circcles editing my trades trying to work out who is best to bring in...

Currently going:

Dale > Green
Madden
> Rowston

Leaves me with $203K ITB and puts Rowston at Utility.

Wondering if I should bring in Luke Jackson, Macrae or Caldwell instead?

Structurally bringing in Jackson or Macrae allows me to have a full proper player forward line by swinging Tauru onto the defense bench and having McCarthy on field. Going Jackson will leave me with $168k ITB.

Green (98), Caldwell (95) and Macrae (100) have relatively high breakevens so won't go up in value massively (as long as Green doesn't do a Daicos against the Eagles...) whereas Jackson (84 BE) is less risky, although he is priced around the 100 ave mark anyway.

I also have Xerri and it's looking like I may have to trade him out next round and miss out on any Caldwell or Green upgrade? Having Jackson would provide coverage and options, but I have no MID/FWD in my midfield so feel like I'm snookered for options anyway...

Here's my team with Jackson and Rowston - would appreciate any ideas:

Can I borrow your crystal ball next week?

Locking in my long planned Caldwell trade despite the fantasy podcast pile on. Hopefully he's still unique-ish at the end of the round...

IN Caldwell and O'Farrell (need a basement def rookie to make this trade)
OUT Long and Boxshall

5k bringing him in atm. Slightly more than the 3.9k that have finally realized it might be worth bringing McCarthy in 😂
