I held both Macrae/JHF and traded Callaghan. Looked like correct move when JHF was on his way to 180+ on return only to get injured aswell.

Exact same, mate, and JHF' looked great, the shoulder has clearly.hampered him.
On paper, he was back earlier, had DPP, was potentially an absolute topliner amongst FWDs, was missing an early bye anyway, so lots going for retaining him at the time.
Just hasn't worked out, and Callaghan has actually been better post-shoukder (and he was no slouch prior).
