He’s had a rough start to life in the blue and gold, hopefully it’s all behind him now and he can show us why we brought him over. I reckon he’s in for a big year and there’s a lot of untapped potential with this fella.

As part of my ongoing therapy as a result of the pick 14 for Liam Baker trade, an important part of my rehabilitation has been a glass half full approach and embracing the positives that have come from the broader trade.

It is for this reason I have chosen to sponsor pick 16 Bo Allan for the 2025 AFL season, the other half of the worst trade in history local gun HBF with midfield potential that will one day lead the club to a premiership. Murphy Reid is dead to me.

Hasn’t put a foot wrong all preseason, love his aggression and leadership at such a young age and look forward to seeing him tidy up his skills over the season to be a mainstay of the best 22.
