Trading in a mature ruckman beats the hell out of waiting years for a kid who may or may not make it.

You make it sound like our team is ready to go. What's a mature ruck going to do when the rest of the side is still years away.

Why do people assume we needed to use our good draft picks? We have posters here believing we can recruit a mature ruck now.

We've missed the boat on that one, we could have easily made a play using late picks years ago on a mature ruck who wasn't getting games.

The reason we didn't is because we had Nank and too much faith in Ryan.

I’d be doing both. HVH and a mature ruck.

The list still has some huge holes, young KPF and midfield talent has been somewhat addressed. Ruck needs to be next, we won’t improve until our kids start seeing first use ball. Who knows, even our investment in TT and Hopper might work better.
