So my stupid "don't start Bont" plan has clearly backfired spectacularly, but at least my equally stupid "keep a bunch of money because one of your cheap options will shit the bed" at least means I can go Gulden straight to Bont. Cogs BE is 0 so he's a hold.
Sellwood might be a trade next week.

You need Cook and Murdoch, up to you if you want to go early on one.

Same here. I need Cook and Murdock but can wait till they’re on the bubble; can just imagine being smote by the SC gods for bringing them in early…

Hard to judge him since, constantly injured, but maybe that's just how it will play out, not all blokes get a fair shake on the durability front

. His scoring is so good when he gets bulk CBAs and good ruck time. Struggled to make up my mind on Gulden replacements this week, the guys cheaper than him all feel a bit meh and so many of the guys you'd want to pick have a bye.

I don't think you're as bad off as you think you are, just towards the back end of the main peloton.

Forwards and rucks are good, let down in defence by Whitfield and Clark who I think were harshly scaled and will be good picks. I have Windsor and don't like his game, he'll be gone sooner rather than later.

Midfield scores were hurt by McAuliffe and Cogs, I have Cogs too but will hold him this week with a low BE, KMac2 has to go and I'd drop him down to Murdock, frees up $250k. I don't know how much cash you have ITB so that doesn't help.

Cogs could go up by $30k next week and if you plonked $250k on him you'd get Holmes, Windsor should go to Milera this week or Houston next week should you have the cash.

Maybe 3 trades to get an improved team with all of the good rookies bar Cook and you're good to go.

Phantom's hard-on for Phillipou needs to be studied lol.

Kid played a good four-game stretch at the end of 2024, and that's it for his career to-date. Plus he's made of glass.

They're a tough listen at times, those boys. Can be funny and somewhat insightful, but some of their pods are an absolute mess lol.
