Watched Arli Walker in his Grand Final last weekend and dear god... Genuinely think he might be better than Cody

There was a couple of huge units playing for Mooroopna wearing 2 and 13, anyone have any idea who they are? Looked pretty promising in terms of athletic ability but could have just been man child scenarios. Certainly seemed to play with a bit of burst and speed though so I'm thinking they might be more than that. The three of them certainly stuck out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the kids.

Both are very promising players according to a few local judges.

I met Zachariya Kassaby at the U16 Balwyn v Citz game. He's a pies NGA. He got the BOG medal in his GF for Kew Comets U14 Div 1 on Sunday morning. Also captain. According to his friends, had 34 and kicked 3.
Had me take a photo of him and his two medals hah.

Its a shame this group misses out on the U15 carnival and will have to wait until U16's.

A player can't be NGA for two different clubs, I'm pretty sure. And he's F/S for neither club.

I've been told that the SSA carnivals will be 12s and 14s only. Older than that will be playing in the Academy system or nothing. From up here in Queensland.

Looks like there's a 17s team too. So the 2011 boys (my youngest included) will be double underagers in 2026. So if you don't make either Lions or Suns Academy (up here in QLD) it'll be a lean rep year for them.
