My 21st is coming up soon and have been tossing up ideas but still haven't settled on anything. So far my two main options are either house party or camping/hire house for a weekend away.

Just wondering if you guys could help me with some ideas?

Cheers

Rent out a nightclub at the top of a sky scraper and invite thousands of gets plus famous people. Also invite MTV to come and film it. Then expect a car to be your present; preferably a chromed out Range Rover...

One of the better themes I've seen at a 21st was a black and white theme. Combined 21st/18th, room decked out in black and white, every guest in black and white with the guy turning 21 dressed in yellow and the girl turning 18 dressed in red.

They stood out brilliantly and were easy to find. Also accentuated that whole centre of attention thing, as whereever they went they were surrounded by black and white, but easy to spot.

Simple theme and one of the best.

For the love of god, don't do tight and bright.

Tight, bright and oily

never understood what the fascination was about turning 21

can drink when you're 18 in Oz, unlike the US

did bugger all for my 21st

This, can someone explain to me the significance of turning 21?

Does it matter? Good reason to get together with your mates, left school a couple of years ago and helps everyone stay tight for at least another year.

I think celebrating 21 is just a tradition from America brought to here. Don't think 21 is anything of significance over here, may be wrong:confused:

Ask you parents if they are willing to pay for a big party, if they say yes, go great lets have a small family dinner and i'll use the money for a ticket to thailand. I'm sure one or two of your mates will join you

You'll be up to your nuts in clunge on some beach with an English backpacker before you know it and won't give a shit that all the rest of your mates aren't there, and you'll probably stop talking to them anyway in a year or two as school memory fades.
