Mentally it'd be very hard. Article a couple of weeks ago on the club site had him talking about how hard it is to get through the mental barriers and get confidence back, even if physically everything is going well. Might be the end of his time at the AFL, sadly

Might be harsh, but surely he will be delisted. Maybe a spot at Casey if he manages or wants to come back. I was saying last season we should have probably delisted him after his second ACL. Harsh on the kid. Will be interesting to see if this guarantees a spot on the list for Farmer now. You'd think he would be more of a chance now, even though unfortunate circumstances.

Delist the kid, offer him some help with the medical facilities and a spot at Casey.
That's just devastating.
Kobe Farmer probably a look in now.

Topkent has it right. Give him a season at Casey if he wants it, and make sure we look after his rehab. Suppose Farmer and Daw will both get spots now.
