Bolton's was better. I was there, in the Dick Reynolds grandstand, saw it perfectly. He broke the bloke's ankles.

If he's lacking defensively then I guess he'll struggle to make it but anyone who forgets or who hasn't seen him as a junior check out this video.

No surprise he hasn't really established himself as a small forward because to me prior to the draft he reminded me more of a Peter Matera type not a small fwd. Long stride, swerving through, bouncing, carry and long running goals. He's a winger/back of the square half back in my opinion.

Not suited to operating in a phone box.

Agreed for the most part. Hopefully he can improve his fitness which should then see him potentially push Grigg out of the 22 with Bolton making a name for himself on the wing. Easy to forget he is only 19 (turns 20 in December), which is young for any footballer let alone one with Boltons frame and coming from an indigenous background he may not have had and most likely didn't have the support to push him to be a more professional junior (eating healthy, extra training sessions ect.) and rather relied on natural talent to get him to where he is today.

Yes that first half he was in everything. I have noticed since that he is always nearly there but not quite and perhaps lacks some confidence. No doubt he has talent we just have to unlock how to make it work for us.
