2nd BDO Announcement

Muse, Kings Of Leon, The Darkness, Felix Da Housecat, Audio Bullys, David Holmes, The Lost Prophets, Thursday, Poison The Well, DJ Afrika Bambaataa, Salmonella Dub, Sonicanimation, The Sleepy Jackson King Kapisi, P-Money and Scribe, Friendly, Skulker, PNAU, 1200 Techniques, Pee Wee Ferris and Blood Duster...

Still undecided about whether to fork out $95 odd, or whatever it is this year. Still, you could make a day of it: Afrika Bambaataa, Hilltop Hoods, Muse, Thursday, Dandies, Mars Volta, Hoodoo Gurus...

Is that final line up? I have been hearing rumours about a few other bands which haven't been named yet, so I think thats what they are; just rumours.

I think I'll give it a miss. Rockalonga is better anyway

That's the second lot of bands announced... there's a whole bunch that I haven't listed above - Metallica, the Strokes, Dandy Warhols, Mars Volta etc. etc.

Yeah cheers, I figured that after looking up the BDO site. Not the best line up ever, Hoodoo Gurus and King Kapisi are the only two off the top of my head that I listen to regularly.

Hmm, bit of a dilemma, dunno if I wanna fork out 100 bucks when I only really wanna see Muse, The Strokes and The Flaming Lips. If Muse aren't doing sideshows I'll go, if they are I won't. Anyone have an idea?

POison the Well and the Lost Prophets will be alright but thats about it out of that lot. Felix Da Housecat as well wouldnt be too bad.

Damn straight! The best line up for ages...Dandy Warhols (!!!), The Flaming Lips (!!!!!!), The Mars Volta (!!), The Strokes, Muse, Aphex Twin....plus more to be announced, AND a heap of local acts, AAAAAND some band called Metallica (who I really don't care for greatly)....

For that same $95, I could go to Aldi, buy four slabs of beer, then sit at home listening to my favourite CDs while getting the knob chewed.
