I think it goes something like this:

Scotch 8 wins 0 losses
Xavier 7 wins 1 loss
MGS 6 wins 2 losses
Caulfield 6 wins 2 losses
Brighton 6 wins 2 losses
Haileybury 5 wins 3 losses
Wesley 4 wins 4 losses
Geelong College 4 wins 4 losses
St Kevins 3 wins 5 losses

It gets a bit fuzzy amongst the last few, but the top 4 should be right.

right thank you couch potato... there was rumours that skevs were undifeated or only 1 loss and that this weeks game against scotch would be for the flag...but obvioulsy not... Scotchs last game this week who has others got and also in the last week aswell????

MGS beat SC in the first round .

smoking that was a practice match and that team had (4) 4ths players in that team including (5) 3rds players... obviously no where near the full strength as we knew it was a practice match.... hench the amount of ppl we had on the bench... we tried to organise a match at the end of the season but dont think it can be arranged as GRAMMAR have a match next week!!!

is that correct?????????

Actually that match counts - as it was on an official APS day, well done MGS - I thought you actually dropped that one.
That leaves SC, MGS and XC on equal points on top of the ladder.

There is actually no stipulation about how many are allowed on the bench for teams other than 1sts. The match was played as a curtain raiser to an official APS 1sts game. You have not played again since then. All other games that day counted. Why should yours not!!!!!

Three way split between Xavier, MGS and Scotch.

Unless of course Scotch lose next week, then you're out of it!

Scotch doesnt have a game next week... and if MGS wanna claim a practice match, well then well done you beat our 3rds... we all know that scotch went through un-defeated. and to say that they are joint winners is stupidity as they destroyed every team they played in the real season...

I'm not from Melbourne Grammar tool.

But facts are facts - you lost, grab a texta and right a big backwards 'L' on your forehead.

mate i didnt say you went to GRAMMAR, tosser, and there was no 1st match after ours. they played on the friday... and in the scotch 1858 record it is not there as a scheduled match... round 1 says Scotch 2nds vs Brighton 2nds... learn your facts before you post

Have to agree with couch potato. The APS fixture has April 21st as practice round .MGS played CGS and SC were drawn to play GGS. Round 1 which happened to be the CE cup was April 28th. If SC choose to play another "praccy match" then so be it however everyone else considers it Rd 1.As there is no ladder anyway it does not really matter.

Scotch are the premiers, there is no argument. none of this incoherent shit.. MGS 2nds did not play in an official match against scotch.... scotch went thought the season undefeated and thus win the premiership

It's true Scotch does win the premiership with Ferg Mckenzie getting a lot of possesions as well as Ash Lim. Ferg Mckenzie has been linked to Chris Judd in his style of play and Ash Lim to Peter Bell. Both will probs be romoted to 1sts this week.
