Good to see 3 of our boys in the All Australian side. Well deserved and some reward for having a good season. Considering we didn't have an All Australian in our first 7 seasons, I'm happy.

Bell was an obvious choice.

Hase has played solidly all year and is deserving, but some people from the far east are not happy as they have rarely seen him play.

Pav is a question mark decision, has played well in spots but was he consistent?.

Anyway, well done to all of them.

they really are the stars of our team, and they have all had an awesome year.

i think you will find that hayden or hadrill will be all australians in the next few years, backmen have a much easier run into the AA than midfielders. they both had good years this year and with another year or two like that, plus some more development and some consistency, they will be shoe ins.

Zero, you need to add another line or two to your sig:

... fast forward to a couple of hours later:

Dennis: and as the final siren sounds to end West Coast's misery, Fremantle are the premiers, running out 10 goal winners over the hapless Eagles. The Purple Army is going wild.

:D :D :D ;) ;) ;) :D :D :D

IMO, Bell and Pavlich were obvious choices to be named in the starting 18.

Hase had to battle with Harvey, Crawford and Cousins for the two extra midfield spots on the bench, but has had a better year than Crawford and has probably been more consistent than Cousins, particularly throughout the first half of the season.

All three earned their places in the side and had outstanding years.

Roger Hayden has had a better year than all of them. Not only should he be in the AA side but he should be the AA coach as well.

Maybe NOW we'll get the respect we deserve. Out of all the team in the AFL, the Dockers have the most number of players in the A-A team. Now that says something.

My AA team had Bell in the 18, with Pavlich on a bench and Hasleby not in the 22. Having said that he was by far your best player in the final.

I'd rank Hasleby ahead of Pavlich this year. I'd expect the (newly named) Doig medal voting to go:
1. Bell
2, Hasleby
3. Pavlich
4. Throw a blanket over about 5
