Nah....BZT has it all under control.Sounds like he was worried about the Ambrose injury so he came back
Ambrose really is the ultimate team player.Sounds like he was worried about the Ambrose injury so he came back
Have they held back on offering him the local mail route? Or are they going with the milk run?i wouldn't count out Edendork just yet - my sources tell me they are yet to make their final pitch

What would you propose? This fiasco is symptomatic of the club as a whole. Unprofessional, undisciplined, disorganised and laughable in the landscape of professional sport.

goldit's easy to see how he could be homesick, it must be a shock to go from a family who survived the great potato famine to a club overflowing with them

He’s coming back...I don't want to jump the gun until he is back but the melts here were absurd

I feel like threatening a young person (or anyone else for that matter) with the sack while they deal with difficult personal circumstances might be a teensy weensy bit counter productiveIf you look really closely, the clue lies in the definition of a “contract”. The terms of said document entitle McKenna to a significant salary.
He should be reminded of the terms and responsibilities of his contract and informed that if he’s unable to meet the demands, his contract will be terminated. Chasing a player across the world and begging for his return when he’s ready and feeling less delicate is a farce, particularly at this point of season preparation.

I hope you are never in charge of people....ever.
Seriously? You can do that whilst managing at an individual level at the same time, you know? Where has he said that standards shouldn't be set and adhered to? Does pissing off a very good and very popular player help the players function as a team? Things aren't as simple as you seem to believe.Attitudes and a lack of adherence to standards have led the club to the wilderness it now finds itself after two decades of failure. I hope you’re never in charge of people who are required to perform task to a standard or function as a team. I feel you’d be a great childcare worker, though![]()
