Well it's one day closer!!!

For all of us Blues that don't culturally/family celebrate Xmas this week for us is like XMAS and we're counting down.

I think the AFL should make those little chocolate calenders counting down the last 25 days till draft. You know those little calendars they sell where you open up the day it currently is and you get a little chocolate or fredo. Next year they should do the draft one and have a chocolate picturing whom will go that number in the draft... ie like one day till draft Gibbs would be the chocolate.

Anyways.... back to reality ,

Now our recruitment team is in overdrive, Pagan's gone the smokes, Smorgon's got our media team ready to write good happy stuff about our new recruits, things are abuzz down at Carlton land.

Bryce Gibbs has been chained down to his bed by Sticks and ordered not to move or go anywhere prior to draft day... we want him injury free!

Ahhhhh and summer is a comin!

the papers in melbourne say we are taking gibbs after kernahan and marc murphy etc went over to adelaide recently to meet gibbs so it is purely speculation but the evidence is pretty overwelming that he is going to end up a navy blue

I think that it is pretty much certain that Gibbs is ours. After all the media hype, and the supporter build up, (and the fact the club hasn't actively gone to stop it) I would be stunned if we chose someone else.

Nah I remember Hawthorn doing it (well reading the pick out accidentally) a few years ago. Because they didnt finish the pick it was okay.
