Who's confident that we will be able to go 5 in a row and down the Tiggers this week? I reckon nothing is a given, however, I am feeling that the fellas will do this one quite comfortably (which worries me a little....ie that fact that I'm feeling confident and not nervous...).

Posted on the Richmond board earlier today:

....all these Tiger posters jump back on to the band wagon and stop posting such bullsh*t threads EG: "We will not improve next year", and "Next years team" threads after we beat a VERY soft Freo team this week.

Im hoping I see a few more threads like "How good was ..... on sat night!"
and "Next WEEKS team!" or ".......was very strong tonight".

We are good enough to beat Freo this week, Im telling you right now we will.

The "danger game" cliche is a tad over-used, so I wonlt use it here... but I would really like to see this momentum that we are building continue.

Plus we owe them one for rd 4. ;)
 
Only 5 in a row I think, 2003!

We'll easily down the tiges this week! If we win, my richmond supporting step-dad has to buy me a couple of new pairs of dockers socks! If they win, I have to cook him a barbeque and fetch him beer for a day!

Looking forward to my new purple game day socks! :)
 
5 in a row is the best effort yet - in 2003. Prior to that it was 2... :o


Adelaide set a new record for themselves last weekend with their 6th on the trot, so 5 doesn't look too shabby, when you put that into persepctove like that.

I am not mentioning the richmond game in fear of what happened last time I tried to preditict the richmond score!
 
I'm not even contemplating a loss. You could say I am getting ahead of myself

Hopefully Pavlich gets a rematch with Ray Hall
 
As always I have a bad feeling about this game. Tigers are pumped up. Gaspar and Richo playing. We may have Farmer and Hayden back though. This definately is another danger game.

Though I think those Tigers supporters saying they will be a VERY soft Freo are getting ahead of themselves like I see most Freo supporters are about finals.

Its the pointy end of the season kapow!!!. We're looking at 5 straight with 2 more home games after the tigers. It's time as supporters we got a bit positive.

The pies were primed last Sunday and we got over the line at the G. The 3 previous games were done at dusted by 5 mins into the last 1/4.

The team has shown they can take it and dish it out. We will win on Saturday. Dont expect a big win because at the point it becomes obvious we have it in the bag CC will be resting players for the Derby.

Roll on Saturday ;)
