If they get Marshall, Curnow and Oliver along with Worpel they have a good chance again next year
Annoyed Collingwood great storms out of best and fairest night
Collingwood legend Peter Daicos reportedly “stormed out” of the club’s best and fairest event on Saturday night.
Tom Morris, who was present at Crown Palladium, says the father of Nick and Josh left early on the night.
Morris revealed it occurred not too long after Magpies coach Craig McRae made a joke about Nick’s second-place finish in the Brownlow Medal which was won by Gold Coast’s Matt Rowell.
McRae said on the night: “Congratulations to Nick Daicos who is now a three-time All-Australian at the age of 22.
“He came runner-up in the Brownlow Medal again. Maybe a few more 16-disposal games might get you there next year."
Morris continued, wondering if word got to Pies great Peter that his youngest son would end up finishing second in the Copeland Trophy to ruckman Darcy Cameron.
Collingwood know they are heading straight off a cliff in 2026
i've seen enough - zimmers and toothless 17th and 18th finish.
Sadly won't happen, but gee if it did image how good the Bay would be. Add in tankers at 16th too![]()

We have won exactly the same number of games two years in a row, but don't let facts get in the way of your story.Bullflogs already in freefall

So your made up freefall claim was just that. Made up by you. Thanks for playing. How many finals have you won in that period? #facts
I'm guessing the research will need to be restricted to a humorous little dissertation by a desperate Cats supporter who is extremely embarrassed the club still only has 10 flags.Since forever? Not as long as the Pies last B2B flag.
And it's 17 flags each homeboy. Geeez..
To avoid any further emvarssmwnt on your part, please do a little research next time before posting.
Are Geelong thinking that 2 wrongs make a right, the Cats and Buckley, two of the most losing grand finalists ever combine.
