Good afternoon dear friends,

The Fighting Furies are proud to announce that your favourite SFAer and mine, the irrepressible Shaun Freakin' Duggan hits the 500 game milestone this week!!



Shaun has graced five clubs with he's presence in the league (Swamprats, Wonders, Royals, Gumbies, and Furies) and has been an outstanding contributor at all of them.

He is a dual premiership player with the Wonders (seasons 13 & 15) as well as being a premiership player with the Royals (season 30).



He is a three-time All-SFA (seasons 13 & 15 with the Wonders, season 38 with the Furies).

He is the Season 38 Fred Medallist.

He has been awarded the Season 13 Wonders BnF.

He has been awarded the Season 33 Swamprats Toots Hibbert Medal.

He has been awarded the Furies' PHX Shield for best posting performance every season he has been at the Hippodrome (Seasons 35-39), as well as the Tarks Goldenboot award for the club's leading goalkicker for Seasons 35-38.



His exemplary LEADERSHIP has been recognised by his captaincy of the Wonders in Seasons 13-16 and 26, as well as co-captaincy of the Furies from Season 39.

And none of that is to mention how many lives he has influenced, for better or more likely worse in his time here (there are 6 pages of teammates recorded in SFA+...)
