A-League Men Round 24 and it's come around again the 'Original Rivalry' between Melbourne Victory V Adelaide United both teams have really been hot and cold lately and a loss for either team will see them struggling to keep up within the top six and could probably kiss a top two finish goodbye also. The other big match of the round is also on Saturday with Sydney FC V Melbourne City again another match that will determine the top six placings. We are in the home stretch of the home and away season now things will be starting to hot up for finals placings.

Still holding WSW to a draw is very useful for City 🤩.

3-2 winners over Sydney FC at the Sydney Cow Paddock. Surface is in terrible shape.

Puts City up to 3rd, 1 point behind WU and 2 points ahead of WSW.

Victory or Adelaide can move up to 4th with a win, so will likely end up as a 3-3 draw with the way these teams ship goals.

Shit. I'm going to need to keep Paramount.

I finally activated the trial this week (through Amazon, not sure if I can get a 2nd trial direct through Paramount+) ahead of the Socceroos game... it's not even that good, but 10play is ****ing unwatchable in comparison.

Problem is we ship too many goals.

Our defence is f***ing USELESS, even I can score against the reds even with a dodgy achillies. Wasted season coming up...
Glory are the only team that have conceded more.

Be the first time we’ll miss the finals 2 seasons in a row (unless a miracle turnaround happens), knowing our post-double winning season record against the $murfs, they’ll likely put 7 past us in a week.

29 goals in 6 games. Defence be damned!

Big results for Aukland - 9 points away from wrapping up the title. City and WU close the gap in WU while they have the bye.

Setbacks for WSW - would have been 3rd but could only muster a draw with Wellington. Losses for Adelaide and Sydney have them on the edge of missing out. Macarthur could have surged back into contention with a win, but also only managed a draw.

Things are really tight 2-7
