I do remember Vicki telling me she was a big supporter of East Perth, didn't meet many of them between 1981 and the late 90's.

I was born and raised in Fremantle, as was my mum.

I was always an East Fremantle supporter, so it seemed to be the 'natural' thing to do.

I was a member of the Eagles in the early years, but never really 'got in to them' and felt any passion.

Initially, we hoped to support both teams, until the behaviour at the very first derby. Just for supporting the Dockers (not in an especially irritating manner etc) we had rocks etc hurled at us all day.

We have hated the Eagles ever since!

I can't understand this "Fremantle" thing. When the club first started, they were a lot more "Claremont" than "Fremantle".

There's my answer to this stupid question. I'm a big Claremont fan, so therefore, I decided to go for the Dockers. And I stuck with it. Plus I also live in East Fremantle so that helps too.
