I believe he is a rookie listed player at WCE and I reckon he would be a valuable addition to our line up.

Just watching him present at Full Forward in a losing side against Claremont yesterday showed how good he can be.

Only if we could get him on our rookie list, not worth a spot atm. If he is any good WC will snap him up 4 sure.

Hi people. Interesting to stumble across 'Azza's' name being mentioned on a Bulldogs board. I didn't know his profile was so well known in Victoria, even though he comes from there originally. I am probably his staunchest supporter and have been calling for his promotion for a long time now. For mine, he has shown enough in the latter half of the season to warrant a promotion to West Coast's main squad. At the very least, he should be re-drafted to the rookie list. However, I don't believe he will be promoted to the main list this year, because we are almost certain to upgrade two other rookies in Brett Jones and Jaymie Graham and for every promotion you need a delisting, and we're unlikely to make wholesale changes to the list. For this reason I think we'll delist him and then re-draft him onto the rookie list. I'm hoping nobody pinches him before we can take him back, in which your club has the opportunity to. I'll base my hopes however that most clubs before the Eagles turn to pick will draft some 2004 draftees who slipped through the cracks at the National Draft.

A little bit about Aaron: A traditional forward pocket for the Dandenong Stingrays, he was the leading goalkicker in the TAC Cup in 2002 with over 50 goals for the season. After being drafted to West Coast at pick 9 in the 2002 rookie draft, he was allocated to West Perth in 2003, where he struggled for senior opportunities in West Perth's premiership team. For this reason, he was moved to Swan Districts this season and, after having a slow start to the season in the forward line, was moved to defense by coach Steve Turner which resulted in a welcome return to form playing in key defensive positions despite only being 184cm and 88kg. He was rumoured to be on the verge of a Wizard Cup berth at the start of the season but was removed from contention due to a personal incident which has unfortunately questioned his character and attitude. Despite this, I think he's a great talent and would hate to see him move anywhere and expect him to be promoted to the main list in 2006.
