I'm not a fan of playing music around the ground pre game or during the breaks.

For the people who werent at the ground yesterday and havnt heard what happened. After the Fremantle Club song was played we then had AC/DC blasting out with Bon Scott up front sing TNT.

Talk about sending the crowd to a new level. It really was an atmosphere I've not experienced before.

I hope we dont get it each time we win but the song is kept for the right occasions.
We all know Bon is buried in Fremantle and to use his singing to reflect the passion of Fremantle Football Club was a master stroke. Well done to our PR people.

I reckon it was superb...crowd was amped.

I disagree it should be a "one off" if thats what you were eluding to...should be done after team song everytime at home, loved it!!

No. Definately play it again.
As for after each win I'm not so sure. Like the Carlton win, most of us felt the team could have done more.

Now I think about it playing the song could become the Captains call. If he is happy with a win he points to some one who controls the song then we get it full amps.
That way know if the team themselves are happy.

Schawbby told me after the Dockers AMM in Nov 2005 that he was going to play this song after our wins at subi - a song the faithful will identify with.

Sounds great!

Maybe they should sing it in the changerooms ... as a song for the players to sing after the game, ours is just terrible. After such a great win, it would be great to see the players be able to have something they can sing with a bit of gusto - look at how Melb sang their song after beating Geelong.
