There's a bloke just rung into 5AA now, Brad, who won the Advertiser competition to see United in Japan but completely forgot about the need for a passport.

He applied for a passport and they told him he'd have it by Tuesday morning (flight leaves on Tuesday at noon), but the travel agency needed a valid passport number today - so he was voided by the terms and conditions of the comp.

Poor bastard. Cr0nes just gave him a double-pass to the Hindy leg.
