Acne

Just wondering if people could share their experiences with acne i.e. when it first started and when it went and any treatments used. Im 19, about to turn 20, its probably got worse gradually from the age of 16. I used a topical antibiotic and differin last year to control it which worked extremely well, but had to stop after 6 months.
Now on minomycin which is doing stuff all.
Just wondering when I can expect it to go naturally?

Try roaccutane. Will need a prescription from a dermatologist though.

It might never go away naturally, but even if it does you may be left with scarring if you don't get it sorted out sooner. Go see a doctor and ask for a referral to a dermatologist if you're unhappy with what he's telling you.

Nah no chance of going on that, I read about it, it doesn;t sound too good. Its not severe acne so I doubt i would even qualify for that anyway. And I don't think im in danger of scarring.

I had pretty bad acne when I was 15-16 and I started using a cream called Benzac and it worked a treat. I still use keeps them away I think.
