Acuguy reaches 1000 posts

Well, i must admit that this achievement has really crept up on me, i mean, i take it 1 post at a time, i try not to get ahead of myself and just focus on the post at hand. This milestone has been 7 years in the making, during that time, i have found my progress hindered by not having a computer on various occasions and actually having a fulfilling and exciting social life. Over the last 12 months i have been able to focus and put alot of time and effort into my posting and i see this 1000 post milestone as recognition of the hard work and effort i have put into this. I must thank many of the people i have come into contact with due to this wonderful website. A special mention must go out to Specialbruce who is no longer posting with us. I do hope that my thoughts and insights have educated, informed and entertained others. Who would of thought the young brash punk who started posting on the Brisbane Lions website forum would of achieved this. Not me!

By the way, my mrs hates bigfooty!

Absolutely, hence why i am marking the occasion of my 1000th post with a thread, i am sure the 2000th post will occur in the year 2026!

A honour board would be good

2 Dogs are a hand full but they are alot of fun too.

I am guessing being a parent would be as much as challenging as it is rewarding and fun.

Give it a go, i mean words cannot explain parenthood. Only when living it can you really understand the depth of despair, oh sorry the joy it brings.
