Where is he at? I know that he is injured, but how far away is he from playing? has he been participating much at training? I know that he is slow and has a suspects kick, but IMO is still a valuable player. Will he be in the seniors not long after he has recovered?

No, he will not be in the seniors at any stage in 2009. He will also be very lucky to escape delisting at the end of the year.

They will use him as trade bait before they delist him. Port Adelaide were interested in him a couple of years back. I say...put up and offer and see who takes him.

If he was fit he would walk into the team right now as they know they need a hard nut and Hadley is out of form but you are right he is not likely to be a long term answer

i'm afraid he's not good enough for where we want to be. But then again there are a few in this category that get a game.

Yea exactly right. If he was to come in and play a role i wouldn't have a problem with it. Hadley has been shizen since round 3 on anyway and ticks the same boxes (suspect kick/decision making by foot and lack of pace)

Half of our list is.... not good enough for where we want to be....

I'd give him another chance at senior level. We need someone like him, in and under, that can feed the ball out to the likes of Murphy and Stevens. Judd can't win all the contested footy himself.

In a couple of years time, this is the role that I would expect Steven Browne to occupy.

do you think that Mitch or AJ could develop into one of these players. both dont mind getting a few knocks, and AJ has a bit of zip. could the tagging be used to teach him where to be running and move him into the middle once he has a bigger body?

Here we go.....a couple of losses and where looking at players like Bentick (and i've heard Bannister as well), jeez makes me sick.

We need this man back.

Don't see Bentick as a guy we screem for after losses. Whilst he is not a superstar I beleive that he would be a valueable member of our 22. We do not have too many players with his hardness and work ethic.

No more threads required about this dudd. Will be delisted year end
