On Adelaide it's a great "city" to live in, only down points are the lack of any decent public transport, the shocking drivers and the "odd" shopping hours.

Compared to all the other cities in Australia it is undoubtably the best that i've been to. Sydney is nice to visit, pretty city but i'd kill myslef if i had to live there. Melbourne is alright but ugly as hell, lots of things to do but the weather is crap and the traffic like Sydney would **** me to tears after a few weeks. Perth isn't a patch on Freo, great weather but for the most part Perth is a bit of a hole. Brisbane is, how do i put this, um weird, and the humidity during summer would drive me insane (yes very funny it's not a long drive). Haven't been to Darwin or Hobart.

Apart from Adelaide the only parts of Australia i'd like to live would be on the beach suburbs in Perth (freo & further north) or the sunshine coast (but not in mid summer).
