You discussions about the no-shows are a joke considering that Port have a higher percentage of no shows than adelaide. Funny how the excuses will come out when there is about about 25k there against North next week because you cant actually handle the truth.

I see guys like Total Power that spend more time talking about or should I say criticising Adelaide than what they ever talk about Port and Rucci does the same thing in the Advertiser.

Yes I have to agree, I work with 3 Power supporters in my team at work. Now there is sledging each other and then there is absolute total obsession. They would spend half there footy interests looking for a negative story or joke about the Crows and thier supporters. Almost all things said is just absolute dribble. Stuff that 5 year old's would make up. Maybe they take after Rucci or Chocco. Even when they won the premiership it was happening. Most likely got it from Chocco who couldn't help but sledge there main sponsor a few minutes after winning the flag.

Total class and very professional not. They have a major issue with the AFC and it's because of the tall poppy syndrome.

Its the culture of the Port Power, and they clearly suffer from the Big Brother syndrome just look at 99% of Total Power's posts (who is now back online after "relocating" for a month) or Rory, they are completely obsessed with the negative aspects of the AFC rather than their clubs great win on the weekend. Personally if the Crows win, I couldn;t give a stiff what they do, however, like many of us I do take a lot of pleasure in the fact their captain is the most hated player amongst his team"mates"

I totally agree. No Port supporter in his or her right mind would think that way. Unfortunately, that doesn't reduce the liklihood very much at all.

Port power dont even half fill the stadium and its classed as a good crowd they should have the same size waiting list if not more than us

We are the largest club in SA, the most members in the AFL, make far more money each year and have won 2 AFL premierships to Port's 1 all in all Port used to be the biggest club in SA, but are the playing second fiddle and the Port supporters refuse to adjust and believe it. I am sure that all Port supporters thought that they would waltz in and eventually be the number 1 team in SA, but this has not happened and it obviously doesnt sit well with the Port faithful, but instead of looking for how Port moves forward they have turned their attention towards the AFC and blame 5AA, The Advertiser etc instead of just accepting the simple fact that the AFC will always be bigger, just like Collingwood after all these years is still the biggest club in Melbourne its just the way it is.

All we hear is Port whinging about everything and Port are always hard done by etc. Port supporters even now think they should have a right to the use the after match function centre that the AFC paid for Membership numbers are down, profits are low so you turn on the AFC because they have want Port cant seem to get. It all stems from when the AFC joined the AFL "That should have been us" blah blah blah its a classic case of tall poppy syndrome

Yep he is still on about that, even though percentage wise Port have more no shows.

This is not a troll, but a simple question. Considering the crows are on the front page, the majority of the back page, and are on the entire front page of the sports section of todays advertiser, how can it possibly be said that the advertiser is anti-crows and pro-Port?

Hi PAFC2004 you probably don't need me to tell you this, BUT port gets far, far too much coverage as it is considering only 20% of the state are remotely interested in what you do. Plus that number unfortunately for you is decreasing not increasing due to the disastrous PR & marketing campaigns that your club has undertaken over the yrs. Somehow Port has managed to disillusion true port magpies supporters, in the process of trying to attract young supporters. For an outsider its quite amusing really. So next time you want to have a moan you should probably first take a look at your advertiser and if you see you have more than 20% of the football pages (which at a guess you always would have) then count yourself lucky that you got more than you deserved. It would make a nice change if port supporters in general adopted this attitude and appreciated any interest they get. In the process it would also be nice if they stopped giving us this poor me attitude, cause after a while it sorta becomes a bit tiring. Its probably half the reason the club struggles to attract supporters actually. No one wants to be apart of something that is negative and bitter and unfortunately many of the dieheart port supporters at least are this way inclined. Thanks.
