20 Round Team-by-team Analysis:

Donkey Magoo:
Best pick: Matt Crouch, round 11 - I think he has a bounce-back year this year now that his brother is out of the side. Will have more of a niche role in our midfield now. Good get outside the first 10 rounds
Worst pick: Jack Macrae, round 1 - nothing you can do here, got skipped so missed his chance to grab a Dusty or Neale. Nonetheless, probably could have picked a better player

Golumless:
Best pick: Dustin Martin, round 1 - I mean, the highest-scoring player in the comp at the 2nd pick, it's a pretty obvious one to me
Worst pick: Ben McEvoy, round 12 - not a bad pick in a vacuum, but how much ruck does he actually play next year? I drafted him last year and was not used there as much as I would've liked. Will need some ruck insurance

Deaneus!:
Best pick: Andrew Brayshaw, round 7 - shrewd pick, this one. With Fyfe probably spending more time forward in 2021, Brayshaw suddenly becomes their best mid, and should shine in the role. Big chance to really break out
Worst pick: Luke McDonald, round 9 - might have had one good year, but I really don't see him backing it up. Like, at all. More vanilla than a tub of ice-cream or yoghurt

Crow_68:
Best pick: Matt Rowell, round 4 - gun. Will likely win GC's B&F, be their highest vote-getter in the Brownlow and is pretty much a monty for the Rising Star award. A lot of points available for young Matt
Worst pick: Todd Goldstein, round 6 - only because I'm not sure how much he has left in the tank. It's not a bad pick IMO (C68 has done some really solid all-round drafting), just the 'worst' of a good bunch

Mego Red:
Best pick: Jake Lloyd, round 4 - I picked him up for the last two drafts and he never let me down. Elite half back, always a huge chance for the B&F and AA team/squad
Worst pick: Steven May, round 3 - Weitering, Grimes, Moore, McGovern (all better IMO) were all still on the board here, so I don't see May as good value at all. Not to say he's not good but could have really made a defensive statement by selecting one of the four other guys

Coopers:
Best pick: Aaron Naughton, round 3 - year four is usually the year key forwards seem to break out. Naughton I think is due, an extreme talent
Worst pick: Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti, round 5 - yeah, he's a very solid small forward, but in the 5th round? Screams the type you could've got a few rounds later (or a similar type of player, anyway)

Pilchard_Adams:
Best pick: Charlie Cameron, round 3 - wow, I know he had an off year last year but he'll be hungry for success in 2021 I think. Great value getting him outside the top 25 selections, easily the best small forward in the comp when on song
Worst pick: Luke Brown, round 11 - I just feel you could've got better value for pick 157 than a lockdown defender. Hell, there's solid defenders like him that have only just gone off the board

ShadeyP:
Best pick: Jayden Short, round 8 - wowee, this guy will get you a lot of points. B&F winner in a premiership team in round 8? He's in his prime too, and with Houli getting on in age, he can only take on more responsibility and get better. Huge AA chance
Worst pick: Ben Brown, round 4 - was great before 2020, but how cooked is he? Having those question marks over his head just makes me super wary of how he'll do next year and beyond, even with a fresh start

TubbsFarquhar:
Best pick: Hugh Greenwood, round 10 - the best tackler in the comp, and one of GC's most impactful players. Was tossing up between him and Perryman for my selection but I was gutted to miss out on Hugh. No surprise he got snapped up immediately after
Worst pick: Mitch Wallis, round 9 - this seems mightily high for a bloke who has had one good year up forward. For mine, the Bulldogs' depth in the F50 means that Wallis' position in the side will be at risk

Scorpus:
Best pick: Noah Anderson, round 14 - love him. Will be the Bailey Smith of his draft year in that Rowell will be the one that's highly rated in the media (like Walsh), but Anderson will fly under the radar to become just as impactful for the Suns
Worst pick: Brandon Ellis, round 12 - can't understand this? Just like McDonald, vanilla in every sense of the word. With Atkins coming into the side a lot of those outside touches will be balanced between the two now, so his value to GC will only diminish

1990crow:
Best pick: Jade Gresham, round 12 - man, shouldn't have fallen this far. Was injured last year but should pick up from where he left off in 2019 and be an impactful forward/midfielder for the Saints, with some great room for improvement
Worst pick: Jake Stringer, round 16 - maybe a bit controversial, but I just don't like his impact these days. Injury-prone, and erratic in form aren't a great combination for this game. I can name a fair few forwards I would've taken over him at this point

Danger Zone:
Best pick: Touk Miller, round 12 - ever reliable. Probably the Suns' next captain. A nuggety, solid midfielder that will go under the radar for his whole career if he stays at the Suns, and turns out he went under the radar in this game, too
Worst pick: Brodie Smith, round 9 - I know his best is great, but how often do we see that these days? I can name defenders that have just as much impact these days that were taken eight rounds later. Maybe a bit of Crow bias here

Drugs Are Bad Mackay?:
Best pick: Jeremy Howe, round 14 - was having a superb start to the season before injury struck. Will get back to his best this year I reckon, his role might be a bit less due to the emergence of Maynard but in the 14th round that's still a bargain
Worst pick: James Sicily, round 6 - I mean...

I Lost My Keays:
Best pick: Jye Caldwell, round 17 - this is a weird one, but geez I like Caldwell. Would've loved the Crows to chase him (although he was probably always headed back to Vic). With Heppell to play more down back, the midfield minutes will be there for him
Worst pick: Cam Rayner, round 10 - man, I just dunno if he'll ever live up to his potential at this point. He might do a Petracca one year where he suddenly becomes a top player in the game, but with how stacked the Lions are, I really don't see it

Don't need him to play much ruck, just remain in the Hawks top 5 for player ratings and a good BnF finish. ;)

Mego Red skipped, Coopers you’re up
So are we now picking for rising star points?

We pick Jack Scrimshaw.

Heard he killed a whale and had spent the off-season carving its bones while living solely on a diet of sliced apples he eats off the blade of a knife while staring into the distance and offering advice to teenage mystery solvers.

He's primed.

I appreciate the depth of this review and how right you are about everyone except me.

A lot of effort!

I don't love it, but I'll take Isaac Smith.

I'll take Tom Green from GWS thanks
