It's painfully obvious that the AFL is delaying the selection announcements, presumably to fit the player interviews into the TV broadcast.

I wonder how long it actually takes the clubs to make their selections. I'm betting that Adelaide lodged the pick for Thilthorpe 2 seconds after the Dogs matched JUH.

The only selection since then which should have taken more than 10 seconds would have been Campbell, because of the need to match.
