Weird. I posted on another board just the other day about this but with one difference. How through the damn suicidal and death themes of decemberunderground I still feel really happy while I'm listening to it. Maybe I'm just an utter freak. :)

How can you be sad when listening to songs like Miss Murder, Kill Caustic, Summer Shudder, Love Like Winter, The Missing Frame, The Killing Lights and Affliction?

Sing the Sorrow might have been on the darker side of music, and although there are suggested 'dark themes' in some of the newer songs, they are presented in a far more upbeat manner then previous attempts.

And congrats to the boys for hitting #1 in the U.S.A and #3 down here. Well deserved.

Yes but when. I heard they could come after the Japan tour which would be logical.
People are saying after Japan... but who knows. They keep on saying that they are going to come down here, but they just anounced a heap of shows in the UK, after the Japan dates. That said, there is just under two months in between shows. Perfect for an Aussie tour. I guess we'll just have to wait at see.

For those that are interested, Dave will finally be interveiwed on Short.Fast.Loud next wednesday night. I'm thinking we'll have an idea of tour dates when he's on.

Yeah.. I saw that too. Although, it did say that they had to be invited. And you'd have to assume that AFI are the type of band that would play side shows. So, I'm not worried.
They better come earlier though. That would make it one year since they were meant to be down the first time. Thats ****ing annoying.

It was announced a few hours ago that Love Like Winter is going to be the next single. Great move. Fantastic song.

Well, it's official. AFI wont be in Australia this year.
Davey is hopeing they get an invite for Big Day Out 2007, but thats as far as their plans to tour down here go.
****ing hell. As if they make us wait a year, and even then, nothing is certain.

Oh well.
