Of course? Dusty is our best midfielder, just as you have Danger in all important midfield moments.
Last week Lambert got 10 coaches votes, Prestia 4 and Dusty 3. So how do rely on only Dusty again?

Oh so Motlop counts as a good forward? Hes kicked 18 goals. So by that logic anyone more than that would have to be counted as part of a good forward line. Right?
Castagna - 23 goals, Butler - 21 goals, Rioli, 20 goals. Caddy at 17 just under, damn.
We have 5 players over 20 goals, you have 4.
We have 7 players over 15 goals, you have 5.

How did your full strength side get belted by the Swans? Are you a poor side or do you just really that heavily on Danger that a single player out does that?

Motlop has played both forward/wing. Not a permanent forward. But has kicked 40+ goals as a permanent forward before and can play to a much higher level than any of your smalls.

None of your forwards are of any worry at all besides Riewoldt. You need at least another quality forward like we have Menzel and Taylor. Who can kick bags. You have a very mediocre forward line.

We had Selwood playing injured and no Dangerfield playing last week plus all the others out. Please learn about Geelong before posting.

You rely on dusty more than any other side relies on a midfielder.

We had a completely depleted side coming up against your best 22 with a very weakened midfield, and all it took to win the game was to take out Martin and rance. You buckled after that. And this was your absolute best against a weakened cats outfit lol.

You have way too many deficiencies to be taken seriously.

Or midfield is a level above yours, our defence is way too good for your forward line, and our forward line takes your side apart once we get rance out of the way.

With our best side on the park you are a level below us.

I think it might be worth playing 15 games a year at Geelong. It is obviously a real boon for the code when games a scheduled at Simmons.

Perhaps the AFL could come up with a system where a few Melbourne teams play their home games at Kardinia Park?

It would be kind of like how they make Geelong play 3-4 homes games a year in Melbourne.

Judging by "Mrs Hardwick's" comments at her presser Richmond will be fighting tooth and nail not to go back in a hurry. Once the stage 5 development is complete and the stadium has a capacity of 40K every team will be rostered on to play there at some point. Yesterday was a win for football.

Note: In the English premier league teams such as Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all have to travel to Bournemouth, a ground capacity with less than 12,000! What's that i hear about our tin pot competition ?

Get used to it Mrs Hardwick, your hubby might be home late for tea and a little more grumpy in future!

But he hasn't. He's kicked 18 goals and playing bad enough to be dropped. But still but of that great forward line?
Funny how our other forwards aren't a worry but have kicked more goals than Motlop. Hmmmmmm.
Castagna kicked 3 goals 3 weeks ago, Rioli kicked 3 goals 2 weeks ago, Caddy kicked 4 goals last week, Butler kicked 3 goals earlier in the season.
Soooo......

Na you guys rely on Danger far more. Just look at last week for proof.

Hahaha. How did your forward line only kick 11 goals of it was way too good?

Ya, but the EPL is a joke competition.....

I'm sure there are. Were there any bad/non calls the other way or didn't you bother to list those? :D
Yep. Astbury should've had a free against for front on contact on Stanley in the 1st. Not a whole lot else, to be completely honest.

Bad enough to be dropped? You need to get a clue before you post. He was never dropped, he has not played a single VFL game. You need to start getting something right about footy. His been playing as a forward/wing too, we haven't needed him a permanent forward.

Motlop is a 40+ goal kicker and had been named in a 40 man AA squad previously, is way more capable than your C grade forwards. None of them are capable of kicking more than 20 goals besides Riewoldt as permanent forwards. We have 3 guys who are capable and shown they can kick 40-50+ goals.

You also don't have a second key forward... how easy it is in the air against the tigers when bomber in.

Hawkins easily over Riewoldt because his a big game player in finals. Menzel over any of your other forwards, and Motlop over any of the ones next. We have the 3 best easily if you like them up v each other.

Your forwards are just not capable.

If we had Duncan Selwood playing, we would have smashed you in the clearances and centre and also had a much stronger rotation going through the middle which would have opened the game right up. You are 6-10 goals behind us.

You don't rely on dusty?? You played an undermanned weakened Geelong side with your best team and happen to loose when dusty had a down game?? But you don't rely on him sure lol.

We can all smell it coming, every side will be lining up for Richmond. #straightsettiges17

Oh sorry. I assumed he was dropped after hearing how lazy he was playing, how supporters wanted him dropped, how most opposition clubs wouldnt even want to trade for him.
Guess your clubs softer than I thought if he didn't get dropped.

3 of those will kick over 20 goals this year while being under 40 game players. So you're wrong already.

It's true. Our main weakness is no 2nd tall, it's also our main thing we aim to fix this off season.

Goals say Hawkins and Reiwoldt are equal.
And that Motlops output is similar to Rioli, Butler and Castagna.
We don't have a Menzel type but that's our main weakness that we will fix.

It's funny how our non capable forwards only kciked 2 goals less than your amazing forward line. Why is that?

If you had those playing Guthrie wouldn't have had the impact he had. Where those guys playing last year? When we got within 4 points if you when we where s**t? What happened there?

Dusty is our best player, obviously he is imortant and we are a worse team without him. Same as you with Danger.

Your losses and close wins against bottom sides shows how weak you are. And Swans last week showed what happens with no Danger. Even with home ground and umpire advantage you got smashed.
You'll get beat by GWS round 1 then play Sydney and get beat again. Straight sets cya :)

Our midfield with Duncan and Selwood would have easily won the midfield battle, with Guthrie menengola still rotating through to play well. Duncan and Selwood are far better midfielders and would have done a much better job as the main men. This concept seems to be confusing for you.

Once again as You struggle to grasp things, Motlop has been used as a forward/midfielder this year, not a permanent forward. When used as a permanent forward over the years he has kicked 40+ goals. Your forwards are no where near this level and all C graders after Riewoldt.

You have no good medium forwards or second tall. We have you easily covered for forwards.

You kicked only two goals less because we had a weakened side with 2/3 best midfielders out who would have easily swung the midfield battle in our favour.

We would be talking about a 6-10 goal margin in that case, not a 2 goal one.

Richmond are just going to be making up the numbers this September. Bookmark the straight set

Need some fries with that salt champ?

It's a good salty cry.

Can't handle at all loosing to us with our stars missing wit their best 22.

You can tell that's what got to Hardwick so bad in his press conference and made him start blaming umpires.

You could see he knew if they couldn't beat Geelong with a injury riddled side with Richmonds best 22, that they are just screwed.

The supporters are crying, the coach is conceded Geelong are too good.

It's wonderful

Insult? I had no idea i was insulting anyone? I was merely pointing out that Mrs Hardwick should expect Mr Hardwick home a little later than usual when his team is scheduled to play Geelong in future years. I'm sure he enjoyed the experience immensely and realises the importance of the fixture for the betterment of the game.
