He's just weak. He doesn't actually get free kicks, but gets manhandled by defenders all game for zilch. It's part of his fault for not getting in the contest, but you can't seriously say he "flops". What about the guy in your profile pic?

As for Brown, mate, maaate. Cmon. Brown is the master at leading out, misreading the trajectory of the ball, thus running under the ball, getting the slightest contact and then flinging himself forward arms-a-waving. And Razor Ray laps it up and gives him a freebie.
