This will probably be a pretty average spectacle I think, not sure how Freo are travelling at the MCG. I would say we're not without a small chance but probably still tip Freo to win.

We need to bring the same pressure and heat we did against Sydney to have any chance. Freo have a top class midfield though where we are well underdone, and their ruck division shits on ours so I expect them to dominate the stoppages and territory, and that'll be the difference. Our defenders won't be able to defend against the supply and our forwards won't get a clean look in.

Freo by a smallish margin 15-25 points.

8-day break for Freo with a close to full-strength side and confidence from a solid win, but even with how Richmond are going and even with all their outs I have zero confidence. We very rarely perform when the expectation for a win is high and our record vs Richmond dating back to 2015 is horrific. Everyone remembers the Mundy games and the draw but they've really owned us outside of them.

Richmond by 9 because I'm a looong way from trusting Freo again.
