McPhee has the better potential, only problem being he has a tendency to get injured. So Bowden for security, McPhee for potential
the exact dilemma i was having. Mcphee played 21 games the yr before. I'm gonna gamble on him.

Fixter or Hadrill for a spot on the timber? Dont have much respect for either but interested to know who people think will get more game-time

Haddrill is out for Round 1, as far as I know. I would chose Fixter regardless though. He could play across half back for Brisbane, and possibly average 50-60 - which for a bench players is quite good.

Shaun Burgoyne. Hit his straps from Round 11 onwards last year averaging 20 disposals, 6 marks and 2 tackles a game

And hes got less quality around him to stop him getting quality touches. If the Eagles have anywhere near as good a time as last year the ball wont be down in their defense too much and Nicoski wont get serious midfield time either when he has to take in from the likes of Judd, Cousins, Kerr, Embley, etc

Who do people think is the Francou of this year? By that i mean starts of very low and increases ridiculously much throughout the year.

Frasers not as low as Francou was last year but his value could easily skyrocket. I dont think that there is anyone as cheap as Francou was last year with the same massive potential

I think Haddrill has potential to be a big riser, not saying he will return big scores, but from the price he is currently at, i'd expect him to rise a fair bit.

With that in mind what would you suggest in answer to my earlier question of Haddrill V Fixter?

schneider or staker for a spot in the lineup ??
schneider has talent and can play onball, havent seen staker play but hear that he is good value
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsd::thumbsd:?????

Would have to be Daniel Motlop. Everyone is going to have him, much like Francou last year.

I'd expect Haddrill to play around 20 games this year and average around 50

Aa for Fixter, i'm not too much of an expert on him, but in terms of who will play more games i'd say it'll definately be Haddrill

We're talking in terms of price rise. We've already said that no-one will rise as dramatically as Francou. We never said Motlop was going to play in the midfield. Read what we're talking about before commenting on it.

Hodge is over-priced. Get rid of him and upgrade Trotter (and massie if you have the dough). Also Kossie has injury problems so may not be the best early pick
