It's hard because halfway through the second they started paying all the small holds that were let go all the game to geelong, but it wasn't afforded the other way.

Yeah if you pay them, pay them, but there was 4 VERY obvious frees to Brisbane let go.

What’s actually the penalty for ignoring it?

It’s a grand final, they’ll skirt the rules and pay whatever they have to, but probably just say he had no symptoms. It’s the same way they treat the last minute changes every week and the non reporting of injured players. They’ll just skirt skirt skirt the rules till something happens.
