Yeah the game is done. Ross said it takes about 8 weeks to produce new stock and have it distributed to stores.

If it's like every other pre release game in the world that's got some hype it should be, people constantly asking questions, And chatting about the game in 1 topic usually keeps the hype up. But with it dying down I'll start losing interest and then all of a sudden BAM release and I'll have forgotten LOL!

Back on topic though, anyone else going to be making a old star of theres? growing up I "LOVED" tony modra, So I'll be creating him.

Ross, If you have some time on your hands, could you try and use the footy factory and make tony modra for me ? haha! I'd love to see how recreated players come out on the footy factory.

13,000+ posts says there's some hype.

There's simply nothing right now because it's all been asked, it's all been said. But luckily tomorrow there'll be a bunch of people who will have also had a go of the game and can give their own impressions.
 
Yeah that's what I mean, 13k posts is a LOT, but for it to just die so quickly is disappointing in my mind as I enjoy just coming on here and talking general stuff about the game in anticipation, haha.

Hell As I just said, I'm so keen I almost flew up to brisbane so I can play the game and meet ross himself.... I just didn't have enough time to play it from the day I found out about it. haha

now im not trying to be bias but geelong lose ablett and everyone thinks we're gonna flop? Even though for all of last year bomber thompson was fighting with ablett and playing his favourite players like chapman when they were clearly unfit. i think we still have a chance. but my tip for the premiership is hawthorn this year, i think their younger players are gonna step up and play consistant footy.
 
I think geelong will be up there, but there will be some upsets for them I presume... Loss of bomber thompson, AND Ablett must do something to the team....

I don't think hawks have a chance for finals, maybe 6-8-12thish, And I defo don't see swans making top 4, But seasons not even started yet, hard to say.
 
Yay I finally know! But if it is that, I'll buy elsewhere for cheaper, No photoframes worth the extra $20 "I'm sure to find the game for under $90 at JB / BigW/ Game.

I personally doubt it would be a photoframe though, But if it is, thanks for telling us! It's about time we know what it is anyway! :p

Yeah, People have said the pre order bonus is pretty cool etc, So if people find photoframes cool, I'm way out of that loop! haha

Maybe a USB, Maybe DLC, Like the new team coming in next year "keep forgetting the name, Gold Coast Suns? Maybe you get a free gift and maybe DLC? It seems DLC is the way everything works now, So I wouldn't be surpised if it is the extra team or something similar.

I think I got states mixed up mate. :( Sorry, Kinda glad didn't go up to brissy now, LOL!

But I'm sure I read somewhere someone was showing it in brisbane, or it might have a showing there or something similar, I can't find anything though.

P.S. LOL you did what I did, I googled for afl photoframes as well, But I won't be pre ordering from EB if that's what it is, Not very "Unique" really, I thought what ever it is, Is something you can't get elsewhere, So whoevers in charge of the pre order bonus's, must have had to make them.

If someone does hear of something in Brissy, I'd obviously be keen. But I'm not getting my hopes up.

Would've been pretty funny you marching in at EB Chermside tomorrow and wondering why you were the first in line.

I'm going to skip the Chaddy session and just go to knox, its just a bus ride down the road.
 
Is the pre order bonus have anything to do with Big Ant Studios? Or Is it completely just EB Games doing it to promote the game and to hopefully get the most pre-orders / sales?

How does pre order bonus's like that work ?

That's probably what I will do. Chadstone EB Games is small and couldn't fit many more consoles than the 1(?? been a while since I went there) and will seem crowded because of the small space, whereas Knox has 12 consoles set up, just hope all are set up on AFL. Either way, can't wait!! :footy:
