Hi all, wasn't really sure where to take this request since I've been searching for a while and have come up short.
Me and a mate are hoping to conduct statistical analysis on past seasons of AFL and try to identify and key variables and predictors, possibly creating some KPI's or something similar. I'm looking for a data file with each AFL match result and head to head stats all in the one row (x vs. y, goals, behinds, disposals, HOs, clearances, I50, etc). The closest I've found is a spreadsheet with only the scores but containing all of the betting odds. The format of the file isn't a huge concern but excel would probably be the easiest to work with.
Would anyone have a file like this, or would anyone happen to know how I can rip data off one of the AFL stats websites?
