Bookmark it - I'll go wherever the game is his first game back and make sure I cheer my arse off for him when he steps foot over the white line for the first time back.

He stuck by our club and I'll stick by him. What a brave person he's proven to be and what an incredible story when he gets back out there.

Sounds like they're still undecided what type of reconstruction they'll go for.

unfortunete really. you'd think if it doesnt go well this time he would give it away. and even if he didnt i couldnt see the club having enough faith in his body being able to recover sufficiently to give him another contract. heres hoping it all goes well this time round!

I'm not a medical expert, but with the issues he has had you would think that the normal reco would be the better option.

I don't think he will play next year regardless, but if he recovers for next year's pre season I think would be the desired outcome.

No point fast tracking it.

There is really no rush he only turned 23 this year so its not like he is a 27yr old with limited time.

He has proven himself as a AFL player so he has credits in the bank which is why he wasnt let go, i think he is a chance to play NEAFL in 2016.

A normal knee reco now, will rule him out of the 2016 season. It is 9 months recovery. If they went that path, he would only be ready for 2017 pre season training.

The conservative approach for sure. But since he's had a crack at all three options they might go with what has been shown to work for him.

Mentally I dont think he could go on, nor physically. I think he would want to get his body right, just to live, not play football.

I think the support from the Swans/AFL has gotten him this far. I also think, that in the AFL circles, he has probably talked to Menzel (Geelong) and other players that have gone through similar situations.

I dare say, this is his last chance. If this fails, I dont even know if he will ever play at any level again as your body can only go through so much.

I love the faith showed in him by the club and hope he comes through.

I love the attitude but hope he doesn't push too hard, much better to play it safe... this is the same knee that he'll be using for the rest of his life
