Had a few discussions with mates on who from the Lions would make AA 40/22.

IMO Locks for the 40:
Zorko
Neale
Andrews
Rich

A chance at the 40:
McClug
Cameron - has to be a lock if he kicks 20 more goals in the last 8 games

It'd be great to see all 6 in there - and if we finish top 6 we may get 6 spots, but it wouldn't surprise me if only 3-4 made the squad to spread it around teams...

From there - the 22:
Harris would be a lock
Neale very close (given his position is the toughest and Cripps, Tim Kelly, Bont, Fyfe have probably had better seasons than him...)
Rich seems to be overlooked by the media for Luke Ryan, Hurn, Tom Stewart, Whitfield even though his numbers and influence more than stack up.
Zorko will probably miss but his influence as the creative half forward has to be up there with Ablett, DeGoey - has kicked less goals unfortunately...

I pretty much agree with your thinking. Harris CHB or fullback, Neale should be starting in the centre with Cripps and Kelly, but I wouldn't be shocked to see him on the bench. The other 4 should make the squad of 40 in a perfect world
