I was just thinking of renewing my membership for next year and I was wondering whether or not i was considered to be a ticketed or non-ticketed member this year.

Where i currently live is about a 5 hour drive to both Melbourne and Adelaide. Since I get to these cities only a couple of times a year at most I don't get to go to many games of footy. For this reason i have a country membership that allows me to get into 5 home games for Richmond each year which can also be used to get into Away games (AAMI stadium) for free/cheaper.

It's more cost effective for me to have this kind of membership (I'm going to Uni in Adelaide next year and need every cent I have) than the one that lets you get into all 11 Richmond home games but not away games.

I'm think the membership i currently have is about $120-160 so If anyone could help answer the question as to whether or not I'm a ticketed member that'd be great.

Reserved seats go on sale when memberships do. All current reserved seat holders get first choice as to whether they want to hold onto their current seats. I know with my membership it is already renewed as I signed up for the rolling Tiger option which sees the club automatically renew it in October each year. All I have to do is inform the club of any changes.

As for memberships specials I don't believe that they do. However it is recommended that you sign up as early as you can because it gives you first crack at any unoccupied reserved seats and will also get your memberships in time for the season proper.

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy the Memberships before Christmas?
My sisters and I want to present Dad with one for Christmas. Just as our way of thanking him for passing a love of the Tigers on to us.

Merry Christmas, Dad. Ho Ho Ho.

Memberships usually go on sale sometime in November although they will tell you they can't guarantee delivery of the packs in time for Xmas.

Best idea would be to ring the clubs membership dept on Monday and check with them.

I also have the Country/Interstate 5 membership. Mine only cost $110 in 2008, probably $115 in 2009. Why do you pay more, when we have the same membership?

I probably only did pay $110. I just couldn't remember the exact amount, thought it was bit higher.

The above were memberships that were offered this year (08) that provided preferential access to finals tickets, which I assume means you would get first crack at them. Not sure about GF tickets though.

Another membership you can try for is AFL membership, where you pay a higher amount, but you nominate Richmond as your supported club, I believe you also get first access to finals tickets with that as well.

how much are the reserved seat memberships RT?

Yellow and Black (50+ year) Members get guaranteed finals tickets.
The Players' Club; Locker Room; & Social Club (Plus season ticket) get preferential tickets.

Then they get distributed to other members. So basically, unless there is more than 20,000 Yellow and Black and Premium Members, you are pretty much guaranteed a seat if you are in the guaranteed or preferential categories as the clubs typically get allocated ~20000 tickets.

I pay @ $80 per month for the wife, kid and myself for level 2 MCG seats (behind the Punt Rd goals) and level 2 TD season (on the 50m line).
