Great to see Bichel get 3 top order batsmen. He is always a pleasure to watch such enthusiasm, a real team player. Brad Williams will hopefully never show his face ( which looks like a middle aged woman ) again!!

I doubt there is any humble pie. It was about time he took some bloody wickets. Great bloke, lion heart but needs to do it consistently. It would be just another day in the office for the likes of Mcgrath and Gillespie.

Cheers :)

most under appreciated cricketer i have ever seen. great cricketer, great bloke, and it doesnt surprise me to see him bowl as he did yesterday. There will again come a time though, when a dud like Lee gets picked over him because of the fast pitch.

I agree, I think he needed the negative press as a spark. And it's helped him. Don't want players getting complacent about their test spot, no one should have a mortgage on a place (you listening Brett Lee?)

Andrew Bichel deserves some credit more than a bagging.

He tries hard to get wickets and to help his teamates out. He is a good sport.

Maybe McGrath, but Gillespie??? None fa last time I looked. Lee would've dogged it.

Great effort by Bic, 4 wickets on the flattest of decks.

Exactly, It reminds me of when one D.K. Lillie tok 6/175 in adelaide against the Paki's in an attack that features 3 other more highly credentialed bowlers (DK was nearing the end).

The made the point that the great bowlers may be strugling at 0-100 but end up with 5 or 6 for 130 odd.

Bix probably won't get a 5 for as Steve won't let him bowl at the tail.

And we all know who'll get that plumb job.

Good old 0/121 sour-faced Stuey. More tail-enders for the man who never smiles.

Joke.

Go Bic you legendary rugby league playing QLD and Aus cricket hero!!!

Loves his league does the great man.

Could not have said it better myself. Dizzy has been unlucky but Williams and MacGill have not exactly done that well.

Lee will be straight back into that side next game.
