I'm a big fan of Naoki Urasawa's work. Still waiting for 20th Century Boys and Billy Bat to become anime as well.

would be pretty surprised if they ever got adapted now. billy bat maybe, but anime studios are pretty reticent to commit to big projects in the current landscape. especially for manga that has finished printing.

Pluto was so good.
Not anime (animated tho), but if you're up for some futurism, give Pantheon a go (it's on Prime, fantastic series).
