I wasn't aware that Juddy had any problems with his hammys, thought it was just (precautionary re: shoulder re-co in high school) and recently the groins....

No, in the sense that they're both related to repetitive strain/ overuse, posture, running style, weakness/tightness in tendons and core generally and shitty alignment across lower back, pelvis etc and are both often chronic....as far as i understand OP anyway.
Anyhoo, I'm not trying to be a dick, I would just like to know.

Also, after a dislocated knee-cap kept me off the basketball court for almost a year, and all the sports specialists in Vic could not get it 100%, John at DMA in South Yarra saved it in mircale-worker-like fashion
I have referred other friends with "incurable" injuries to him and he fixed them all. I've also seen the odd AFL player there.

I've continuously torn my groin, over and over again. Apparently all i can do to help it heal is "rest".
Repeated localised massage should also work wonders...
