Hi all,
Just wondering if there are many aquairum hobbyists here? Might be nice to share some photos, set ups and so on. Did a quick search but couldn't find any other threads. If I have completely missed an aquarium/fish thread, feel free to merge.
I grew up with fish tanks, but have not had any in years.
Decided to get one, so just bought a small(ish) tank at 18 x 12 x 12 inch. Planning on setting up as more of a planted aquarium with just a few red cherry shrimp and either zebra danios, white clouds or red boraras. From what I have read, they are least likely to attack the shrimp. I'm not too fussed if they keep the shrimp population down a bit, but was wondering if anyone had experience with red cherry shrimp and danios/white clouds/boraras? I have had both zebra danios and white clouds before. From memory the danios were more zippy and the white clouds were a little more placid. I assume that as the boraras are smaller they will be less inclined to nibble.
