If Archard was recruited by South's and contracted on a $$$ package .......does he maintain that PLUS get a AFC rookie salary at the same time?

In other words does one contract for Souths get supplemented by the Crows contract?

He will stop getting paid by South, instead he gets cash of the Crows now. Therefore, he will stop coming under South's salary cap.

You wouldn't be happy if the rookie contract was less than Souths

wouldn't the majority of his contract be match payments?
Yeah probably (for South that is) ......so if he is getting I think about 30K is the standard rookie contract guaranteed .....and he's getting healthy match payments from South ......do we assume he's getting both when he plays for South ????

no, what I would expect is that there is a facility in the contract (south) that mediates the conflict. As his first duties have changed, and his priority is the crows, although their interests (Crows & South) coincide most of the time, there is a subtle shift.
